Baked Cheesecake Recipe

A great recipe to make with one of our Farmhouse Cheesecake Mixes. These can be found at .

Baked Cheesecake
2 (8oz) blocks cream cheese, room temperature
1 Cheesecake Mix
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 -9″ crumb crust
1 cup sour cream
2 tb. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Place cream cheese into large mixing bowl. Mix with electric mixer. Add cheesecake mix and vanilla. Mix well. Add sour cream and eggs. Mix well. Spread mixture in crumb crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 38-43 minutes until center just barely shakes. Remove from oven. Turn oven up to 450 degrees. Mix topping ingredients and spread over cheesecake. Return to oven for 5 minutes to set topping. Remove from oven, let cool 30 minutes on counter. Then chill 4 hours in refrigerator or 2 hours in freezer.
8 servings.


Note: The cheesecakes come with a no-bake recipe-but this is something different for a change-and not as hard as the “made” from scratch recipes you find in your cook book.
